In the world where artist is urged to catch up with constantly moving social reality, where society demands artists to stay relevant and “actual”, we seek another vision of an artistic path. I defend the right to step out and escape the pressing urgency of collapsing world to create another reality. A world woven out of memories, forgotten feelings and lost things. A world that makes you feel alive, as the existence of a human being is nothing without its past. My art explores intimate memories as ephemeral instants that help define artistic and personal boundaries. Out of this research emerge multi-layered and moving representations, where personal flashbacks amalgamate with cultural reminiscences.
